I have been representing disabled individuals seeking Social Security Disability benefits since 1985. In 2006 I decided to devote my entire practice to this area of the law. Although I will miss handling complex jury trials and difficult workers' compensation cases, this area of the law is my true passion and deserving of my full attention.
If your claim is denied, or if you disagree with any part of the decision reached by the Social Security Administration, you may appeal. However, you only have a limited time to appeal the decision and may lose this right if you neglect to appeal timely.
